Hi @rockets1202Gi If your support ticket is set as waiting on player, they may have tried to email you additional questions need to better offer assistance. I would check there, if not try updating the case on help.ea.com to see if you can get additional communication.
As soon as I submitted the trouble ticket it stated "waiting on player" as status. No email or anything else for me to do. Also tried updating case with no success. Even tried to submitting another trouble ticket with no luck.
So I believe a bug is in the trouble reporting process.

HI @rockets1202Gi Can you try to clear your browsers history and cache, and either try to resume the existing case or open a new one and check if it sets itself back to waiting on player?

Yes, I cleared browser cache. Tried submitting another trouble case ticket (129461256) but it still says "waiting on player" as status as soon as I submit. My other cases have been marked as "fixed" but I still haven't received the Player-5 badge.
So I don't know what else to do so someone can fix this.

HI @rockets1202Gi I'm not sure what might be happening when creating a case, to check do you always get one contact option. For ex, just email?
Also for the Pogo issue, I would be happy to pass this on to the team, would it be possible to get the following?
