Games not loading and replys turned off

I tried to reply, kindly but truthfully, to games not loading, especially when they are games needed to complete challenges. In my case, Solitaire Home Story. When I replied to your comment, it said replies had been turned off. REALLY? Is that what we get for our membership fees? That makes me sad and truly frustrated, having been a POGO member for years.
