HI @rockets1202Gi Can you try to clear your browsers history and cache, and either try to resume the existing case or open a new one and check if it sets itself back to waiting on player?
Yes, I cleared browser cache. Tried submitting another trouble case ticket (129461256) but it still says "waiting on player" as status as soon as I submit. My other cases have been marked as "fixed" but I still haven't received the Player-5 badge.
So I don't know what else to do so someone can fix this.

HI @rockets1202Gi I'm not sure what might be happening when creating a case, to check do you always get one contact option. For ex, just email?
Also for the Pogo issue, I would be happy to pass this on to the team, would it be possible to get the following?
