Yes, I cleared browser cache. Tried submitting another trouble case ticket (129461256) but it still says "waiting on player" as status as soon as I submit. My other cases have been marked as "fixed" but I still haven't received the Player-5 badge.
So I don't know what else to do so someone can fix this.
HI @rockets1202Gi I'm not sure what might be happening when creating a case, to check do you always get one contact option. For ex, just email?
Also for the Pogo issue, I would be happy to pass this on to the team, would it be possible to get the following?

Still haven't received the badge yet..
- rockets1202Gi3 years agoNew RookieOkay, I tried submitting another case report (140346786) on this issue, but once again it states "waiting on player" as status.
Once again when finishing a game of Boggle Bash 2, a level skipped over in game award badges. In a recent patch notes on January 24 that was posted, it stated that this was resolved ("Resolved players not receiving player badges when players score more game points than the required criteria."). But it was not.
When I was playing today, it skipped over awarding me Player-7 badge (reaching level 40) and did the same thing for Player-5 badge (reaching level 30).
I would really appreciate if I could be rewarded these badges that I earned.
This issue I reported in December last year when this originally happened (skipping over Player-5) and still haven't got resolved.
