Missing Player-5 In-Game Award Badge: Boggle Bash 2

Okay, I tried submitting another case report (140346786) on this issue, but once again it states "waiting on player" as status.

Once again when finishing a game of Boggle Bash 2, a level skipped over in game award badges. In a recent patch notes on January 24 that was posted, it stated that this was resolved ("Resolved players not receiving player badges when players score more game points than the required criteria."). But it was not.

When I was playing today, it skipped over awarding me Player-7 badge (reaching  level 40) and did the same thing for Player-5 badge (reaching level 30).

I would really appreciate if I could be rewarded these badges that I earned.

This issue I reported in December last year when this originally happened (skipping over Player-5) and still haven't got resolved.

    I am still missing these two badges in Boggle Bash 2. Player-7 badge (reaching  level 40) and Player-5 badge (reaching level 30).

    My case still not being responded to and would really like to get these two badges that I won.

    I just tried submitting another case about this and once again states "waiting on player". (So I believe it is a bug in the system)

    Attached is a picture of the Player badges I have won in my badges from the game and you can see it skipped over 5 and 7.
