I have been trying almost all morning to get the Monoply Suduko to load so I can play. I keep getting a bug error and when I click it off nothing but a blank screen. HELP

it finally has been fixed. I had to clear cache and storage, before the game would load completely.

I have the same problem. Monopoly Sudoku looks like it is about to open and then I get DEBUG LOGGER at the top of the screen and a bunch of junk below it. How do we fix this?

Oct. 7, 2024 Monopoly suduko will not load. It only goes to page with nothing but COOL GAMES on it. I have been trying for the past couple hours and it will not go further than that.
My game not loading
I mistakenly clicked on the stop timer in Merge Academy - Now it won't work at all. The timer shows starting at 24 hours and says to come back later. However, when I go back, it just does the same thing again. So I can no longer play this game. This is obviously a glitch in the system which needs to be fixed. And, by the way, another game I cannot play is Monopoly Sudoku which will not load. Someone there needs to fix these problems for all of us who pay to play.
Please don't give me a standard 'fix'. I see other people are having problems with this game, as well. Please address from your end. Thank you.
Hundreds of players experiencing the same issue. Cannot play the daily challenge, Europe has already missed out. Attempted to use the Forum to report but no response and no new entries in the Known Issues section. For some, the Monopoly Man appears and indicates loading - but he just runs in place for hours and the game board does not appear. Reported on Twitter: no response. Reported on Facebook/DM'd page: got an "ooops we're away" message with support hours listed although it was within business hours that I reported. Talked to Govindo in EA support and he said that they'd had no reports, likely because no one seems to be reading! Yes, I have done the usual browser restart/browser switch/empty cache, all that stuff....but this has been a server-side issue from the start. Forums are messed up too, lots of lock timeouts in SQL.
