Monopoly Sudoku

Why will you not let me play?  It has been a month or more since I completed level 13 in Monopoly Sudoku, and yet there is still no level 14.  You said it had not been released yet and showed the problem as "solved".  I have repeatedly asked when it will be released but as yet I have not gotten an answer. Please stop ignoring me and at least give me an answer.
