    Also if you could share a screenshot of your lowered rewards message that would be helpful!

Yes, at every hard level.

I just went back into Monopoly Suduko, and I no longer have $17+ million Monopoly bucks!!!!!! I haven't been spending it because I can't buy any hotels/houses!! I'm now back at $7.9 million.

Something I just remembered. The Hard level Chance cards in which monies are lost, it still is at the Hard level.

This game had been fun, but when it steals from you and doesn't allow you to spend your monies, what can I do?
