MS - Expert Mode, Double Cash card not used

i just won a game on expert mode and used a double my cash card.  where did it go?  i lost it all.  now my money is even lower then when i first started the game.

    Wanted to see if you are still running into issues with MS? 

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    This was from OCTOBER of 2021.  I'm pretty sure I have turned off my laptop a few times since then and have reset the router a few times as well...Thanks for asking 4 months later.
