My Canasta Game

My Canasta game is not loading correctly.  It is alright when it loads to play the game, but when you play, the cards start hitching and loading slow, you can click on the little wheel in the lower l...

    Hi @story997     

     

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

Canasta is not loading on the page that you can pick a table to play

    @junebugontariooG I have the same problem. I wish someone would answer the question. I can't see what room I am in. I don't know if they still let you accept a player or decline them. You can't see their rating before you let them join. The extend/don't extend only works rarely. I wish someone could give us some answers.
