My pogo account states I am a free player when I have a paid account, help?

My pogo account states I am a free player when I have a paid account, help?  My accunt information is email: [edit: email address removed]

Screen name is:   Hacked email was :[edit: email address removed] Name: 

My POGO account was recently hacked. Could not get in contact with EA to report it in a timely manner. Was forced to file a dispute with my Credit Card company so the hacker would not gain access to my credit information that was stored in my POGO account.  I was finally able to get my POGO account back in my name but then was banned due to the dispute.  I then called my Credit Card to cancel the dispute and they put the charge back on my card.  I then received an email that my account was back and I was unbanned. When I attempted to sign into my POGO account it was showing ads and saying to sign up for a paid account to gain access for club membership. I chatted with 2 different advisors who could not help me due to it showing on their end that my paid account was active.  I do not know what else to do and was led here to get accelerated help with this matter.  Please help so I can get my original paid club account back. I have been a paid subscriber for 20 years.

  • Hi @jazzyhans Based on the information provided, your account was potentially hacked, then faced a suspension. 

    As I mentioned above these are things we are unable to assist with here on Answers HQ. I am unsure of the state your account may be in, so speaking with our support team will be the best course of action to ensure your account is up to date, secure, and has a subscription that should be currently applied to it active.

    HI @jazzyhans With this being tied to a potentially compromised account and your information being changed you will want to reach out to our support to take a look at your EA account and confirm everything is correct.

    My bank is stating that I paid for my yearly subscription to Pogo on 5/13/23.  My account was hacked in June. I filed a dispute with my cc due to my cc information being stored on Pogo.  When I got my account back in my name I was banned due to the dispute. I cancelled the dispute, and they put the charge back on my card. There was never a refund from EA. They still had my payment from May. So there is no reason whatsoever that I should not be able to access my paid account. EA has my payment for the year. If EA wants me to pay to reactivate my account then they need to refund my May payment. I should not have to pay twice.
