Still have not received rewards for first completed sticker book in Farm Merge Valley and have seen no notices about this.

I got the Energy but not the Crates. After waiting for them to correct this, last week I contacted support. I was given a case number and told that I'd be contacted. Well, the 'contact' was 12 hours later when an email told me my case was closed because there was "no fix available." I'm going to try again tomorrow (Monday) because when a business makes a promise of a specific prize (and posts the promise publicly) it's not a good practice to renege and blow off the customers who have earned the prize.
