new badges do not have icon to chat with, just an avatar. why is that?

You may need to clear your browser's cookies and cache, then log back into your Pogo account.

EA Staff (Retired)i have the same problem i have attatched 3 screen shots of recent animated badges with no icons i have used different browsers and tried on my mobile devices same outcome
almost all of the new mix and match badges display icon will not show i have tried my desktop computor, laptop, chromebook, tablets, phones data internet, wifi internet, hard wired internet, nothing works! i have attatched a screen shot of the new legendary st patracks day badge when i type in chat rooms it shows nothing
It just comes up avatar. Multiple people same issue. It's on your end fix it
i dont know how to attach screen shot. either way ive used several different browsers and several guests are saying the same thing. it is on your end anyway

its just about every latest badge in the last few weeks
almost every single new badge. including the constellation award badges. several having same issue. it is on pogos end
