On Pogo's Merge Academy I lost so gems

4 days ago I lost 100 gems on Merge academy buying coins. Today 10/23/2024 lost another 100 gens buying the same coins. If I use 40 gems it works but using 100 I lose. Also lost 20 gems buying energy...

Hello! For account/order issues we must contact Customer Support and open a case to report it.

Hi. I was playing MERGE. i met the points needed to advance up a level. I did that. collected the items and all 100 of my energy's disappeared. help please
