paid for gems where are they

i paid for gems $39.99 for 600 gems showed up for one day then disappeared can you help me

    Hi @funnynight88 I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor for assistance with missing content, unfortunately we are unable to assist with missing items on Answers HQ.

This also happened to me.  However, I was dumb enough to spend $119.99 for the 2500 gems and had the exact same issue.  Now EA support refuses to refund my money.  EA has ruined pogo and I recommend never buying anything form the site because the do not always follow through.
