phlinx wont let me past the first set of temples

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

• Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:

I GOT ALL 3 GLYPHS AND IT WONT LET ME GO ANY FARTHER SENDS ME BACK TO PLAT THE TEMPLE AGAIN  ALSO

MICROSOFT  EDGE  

NO ERROR MESSAGE

I ALSO USE GOOGLE CHROME AND IS SAME ISSUE IT WONT LET ME PAST THE GATE AFTER GETTING ALL 3 GLYPHS.KEEPS SENDING ME BACK OVER SAME TEMPLES AND GATES.

I HAVE CLEARED THE CATCH ALSO WITH NO LUCK OR CHANGE
