Lucky Cat Bingo Won't Load

Lucky Cat Bingo cards won't load in my account.  I have attempted on different devices and it just buffers.  My mother is able to play on her account on the same multiple devices.  Not sure why I am locked out of playing.  Please explain if possible or just fix the issue.  Thanks

    Hello! Your key words are "same multiple devices" + "my account and my mother's account".

    Here's what's most probably going on.... Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, which means your browser stores cookies and cached data to remember login information and game preferences. When your mother plays on these devices, her account information gets stored in the browser's memory, as does yours.

    Now when you try to log in with your account on the same devices, the browser is sending mixed signals to Pogo's servers - it's trying to load your account while still having your mother's cached data stored. This may be what is creating the issue of endless buffering you're experiencing.

    Think of it like the browser is saying "This is User A: Wilma Flintstone logging in" while simultaneously showing cached data that says "But User B: Betty Rubble was just here 🤔⁉️

    On a site like Pogo, which tracks user sessions for games and account features, if Wilma logs in but Betty's session cookies are still active, the server might get confused about which user is currently interacting—leading to glitches (even on one particular game).

    How to Avoid & Quick Fixes:

    • Clear cookies and cache before switching accounts
    • Use separate browser profiles or different browsers for each user
    • Use private/incognito mode for each user

  • I have cleared the cookies and cache multiple times and restarted the devices multiple times.  We did not attempt to use her account until several days of the issue (cards not loading).  I have also attempted to use different browsers to no avail.  Currently, Lucky Cat Bingo is the only game I am having issues with.

    Thank you for providing that additional troubleshooting information. I appreciate you taking the time of ruling out the cookie/cache conflict theory, restarting your devices and attempting to change browsers.

    I want to make sure I understand exactly what you're experiencing, your first post mention "buffering" (not loading) and now the game loads but "cards not loading". So, the game loads at times and when it does no cards are appearing correct?

    Please list all of the issues you are seeing. Any screen changes, error messages, etc.

    Additionally, have you checked for system and browser updates? If so what system and browsers are you using?
