players freezing canasta

Could you please address as to why so many games I'm playing the timer goes to zero and flashes for the opponent, then I have to quit the game and try to rejoin but many times I got booted and get the message the room is full. Why?

Everytime get almost a win. The game freezes. Problems with Yahtzee too. WOW 

This problem of cheaters freezing tables when they lose has gone on before the new  POGO was launched.  There are known players who do this if they are not winning.  It's difficult to report because, all of the sudden, the game is frozen on the screen.  You cannot type.  Another issue in Canasta is the screen showing available games.  The number of canastas needed to win the game is always displayed as 1, even though the player may have 2 (the norm) canastas required to win each segment of the game. This seems like it would be an easy fix.

However, freezing the tables needs to be addressed by POGO, and not swept under the rug as it has been for literally a DECADE.  I chat regularly in pogo and everyone has experienced this cheating method.  Please look at it closer because it happens all day, every day.

huahtiptoe1111 and kemm1949 got a repeated accusation of being abusive you can tell this is a hack becuase of the wording kemm1949 who does not do this i have known her for years are you able to correct this she still has hers in her messages please check

I get so frustrated to play a game and have the timer run out and the opponent does nothing.  Then I lose points.  Pogo needs to do something about this

i agree and i have high level cansasta players freeze the timer at zero several times a day but only when they are losing badly. pogo, ppl are begging for you help fixing this and you have had 100s of reports. fix your stuff ppl.

This is why I play with Bots. The game freezes on me constantly but I quit, go to the canasta selection and it lets me rejoin my table...frustrating but I love canasta and find if I do the game as I described I get to play. iqgsfaninJax
