I've attached the screen shot of my grid where I have the half uncovered chest and the third uncovered chest that won't merge. Either refund me the 180 gems I used to get this or give me the chest. I've been a member since 2000 and I'm getting weary of these problems. I've tried Chrome and Brave and those don't work either. ENOUGH!
Um, chest requires THREE pieces...I only see two in your screenshot.
I thought Merge Academy was fixed. Everything seemed to be working for me. I played and exited the game then came back still okay and left again, then boom came back and everything was gone including 2218 coins which I had used to purchase a spot in the storage cabinet, which was also taken away. I am so disgusted with this game and I want my coins back.
You still need the other half buried chest, you have to merge those 2 then merge that chest with other barely buried chest to get the completed chest. I could be missing something, but I think you still have one to go.
One is half covered which is two merged into one.
Two are merged into one. And the third one won't merge into the other one.
I was hoping it was something simple, I guess it's yet another fly in the ointment.. Given that Pogo hasn't responded to any of the multiple pages of problems that Merge is experiencing thus far, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a resolution. I was able to merge all of my chests to complete it, but everyone seems to be having difficulty with some aspect or the other. What's working one second for one person may completely malfunction for someone else, there is no consistency across the board, the game is trash right now.
Sorry it's not working for you, that stinks to have it there and not be able to complete it.
