You should find this is working now. As of this morning I was able to complete the section by playing random levels. I changed nothing. They fixed things at their end...
Quinn's finally resolved its problem by itself. I am happy that I finally got the Deep Sea Part I closed for now.

I'm still not able to get past 51 helmets on the first level. Is there something else that I am overlooking? The only thing that I haven't done is actually spend any of the 51 helmets towards finishing the level. Any comments or help will be greatly appreciated
I finished level 1 two weeks ago and have been playing random since then and no changes Cannot move to level 2.
Level 2 is not released until May 10th, second Tuesday of the month....
