I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble with Pogo chat. I've gone ahead and moved your post into its own thread so we can focus on your issue. Let’s see what we can do to figure this out. Could you let me know what steps you've tried so far? Have you tried refreshing the webpage or clearing the browser's cache?
