pogo daily sudoku has many problems

Issues are: 1) The audio indicates the game screen has loaded but the video still shows the calendar, 2) you select a number and then click on a tile and nothing happens, 3) the calendar image stays superimposed over the game image and you cannot play, 4) the game freezes during midplay, and on, and on and on.  There are really some issues here.  What is the recommended browser for Pogo Daily Sudoku?

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    tried all recommended solutions but nothing worked continue to experience all listed problems please fix

    I have also been having the problem for at least the last week.  I am able to do one daily puzzle and then once I try to do the daily trophy puzzle, I am locked out of doing anymore Sudoku puzzles period.  I cannot even go do another level on the same day or any other day.  This is a particular problem because your Celebration Cruise event which has to be done in order.  The 11th challenge of 18 challenge event is to win 17 sudoku puzzles.   So how is one supposed to get by this challenge to progress to the end? One a day does not cut it, since there are only 9 days left for the event.   Either fix the problem now or give everyone a waiver on challenge 11 for your Celebration Cruise event.

    @randyh06161952 Same here and the solution given has no effect to the problem. It's a technical problem that EA/Pogo has to take care of and has nothing to do with browsers or clearing history and/or cache. As a computer tech, my comp is stripped clean every night and since I don't work for EA, I can't fix it so I'm not a happy member to pay so much $$ for too many problems.

    @EA_Illium The solution given is not workable. As a computer tech myself, I don't work for EA/Pogo and there's nothing I can do to fix it; it's something you have to correct. My game splits also from the picture at the top, under that is a strip of a calendar week, then the puzzle. 4 days now!!

    They have this page as "solved" when it is not. I have gone to another page where the topic is still open, hoping they respond. THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED!
