pogo daily sudoku has many problems

Issues are: 1) The audio indicates the game screen has loaded but the video still shows the calendar, 2) you select a number and then click on a tile and nothing happens, 3) the calendar image stays superimposed over the game image and you cannot play, 4) the game freezes during midplay, and on, and on and on.  There are really some issues here.  What is the recommended browser for Pogo Daily Sudoku?

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

  • @Calicat67 They were not really responsive until I mentioned that several people were talking about not renewing and then they said they would look into it. Yea will see. I also told them they need to read some of these comments.

    Last Tuesday they did fix at least the weekly puzzles.  You no longer have to do the song and dance about playing a puzzle from last year to get the numbers!  Not surfe what else might still be broken, it seems to work ok for me...

    @urug6969_2 the weekly challenge is now stuck on I've completed all the levels. I'm due to renew in an week and i've already dropped down to monthly from yearly. just to see if they fix this issue

    @shamedp146 @papawdot29 Everything on Sudoku is working for me now. Maybe try the whole clearing the cache & restarting the device? If you're still having issues, you'll have to go to the Search or ask a question box & submit a new issue. This thread has been closed for weeks, so techs are not reading it or responding on it.

  • Glad to hear it is working for you now.  The very next day I went in and all is and has been good.
