how can I get an issue fixed I have purchased energy and tokens with my gems and they are subtracting the gems and not giving tokens and energy. Just a half hour ago I purchased 1000 energy for 180 gems and they subtracted my 180 gems but never gave me the energy. I have had this happen several times and also with the tokens 4 separate occasions 40 gems for 100 tokens they take my gems but never give tokens.
