Have this issue since the middle of January. I try multiple times a day and still get an error message. I can play other games so it’s not my issue. Tried multiple times to chat and noheadway

I, too, have had this problem for quite some time now. Solitaire Home will not load on my iPad but it does on my Samsung phone. It has worked previously. I have cleared cache over and over. These issues with games are becoming more and more frequent.

Why do I keep losing coins (guess that is what they are). I went from 203 to less than 50 for no reason.

It won't load for me either. Makes it hard to do challenges when the games won't load.

Hello! Sorry to hear about Home Story Solitaire booting you out. This could be an indicator of a few things; would you mind trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if this will help resolve the issue?
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance. Check your Device for updates, Check for Browser Updates.
Clean Device: Cache/Cookies
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or slow to load.
Additionally, check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 or higher.
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not).
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary webpages or applications that may be running in the background consuming resources. If possible while on a gaming site, have only the gaming sites webpage open.
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
