Pogo daily sudoku January 2024 badge

My user is Hube812. I finished January 2024 daily sudoku, and have not received a badge. Checked everything, every day is done, went in and checked each day to make sure they have stars. The month is finished and no badge. I have always received the badge for a month when finished. Pleast let me know.

    There is no topic for game problems, when I search the game there's no results. Can't find a way to contact support

    @hube812 I'm having the same problem. Where is this 'support' that I'm supposed to be able to access for my game? I've also tried reporting it to Facebook, and all I get is a message on the game stating that they know that I'm having issues with payments, and to go to EA Help page for support. I have been over and over all the possible ways to access help and my problem is that I haven't been able to buy coins for Bejeweled Blitz - won't even go to the options. Nothing wrong with my payment method, BTW. I've missed 2 "Happy Hour" events (Half price coins), so EA is losing money on me. Over $50 per week.
