Pogo Daily Sudoku

Any progress on this?  Every day, I go in and check if it remembered my game from the day before.  And I play a game for it to maybe remember the next day.  For all of July, I have 0 stars.  After I finish my one game for the day, it shows 3 stars.  The next day, it's back to 0.  If you go back to June and previous, you'd see every game was done prior to June 26, for many months.  Like earlier problems, this is one a lot of people have had.  Oddly, it's not consistent.  A lot of people started seeing this in early May, for example.  Many more started seeing it in June.  At this point, I only know of two people who don't see it; there's far more who do.

Clearing caches and switching browsers did not help.

Please fix this!

• Device Make/Model: Desktop Computer (built by Green)
• Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used: I've used Firefox 115.0.2 (64-bit), Internet Explorer Version 114.0.1823.79 (Official build) (64-bit), and Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• The main point it is just MY screenname that doesn't retain my progress.  I do my wife's Pogo Daily Sudoku on ANY of the browsers listed above, and HER'S saves normally.  So it's SOMETHING on YOUR end.  
• Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)  No error messages.  The only message I get is if it sits too long it times out and then won't let me "continue" I have to restart the game.

But again, my wife's screenname is bamajimsbabe and her's never has a problem.  I can even go back to last month and do a puzzle and it won't save it anymore either.  It doesn't matter what day, I do a puzzle, and it shows it's completed, but once I leave the game and come back, it's gone.  I'm going to go do a puzzle right now, I'll take a screen shot showing what time it is and that it's done, then I'll leave the game, come back in and it'll show it isn't done.

Oh, and I did reboot, computer and router both, cleared all the cache, etc... I said that in my original post. 

One more thing, I used to be able to go back and re-do a puzzle if the challenge was for a lot of wins or something, but now when I go back "in time" to an old puzzle that I have a screen capture of, it's now a different puzzle.  So it doesn't do me any good to save a picture of that date/level.

Note the time and date below right in the attached photos.     The completed one was taken at 2:29 AM on 2/15/23 and the one showing it didn't track the completion is at 2:31 AM on 2/15/23, just moments later.

Once again, I can do it on ANY OS on my computer and it won't work.  I'm going to try my tablet and see what happens.  The tablet does the exact same.  Play it, gave me credit for the daily challenge (win 3 games) but once I "reboot the game" my progress is gone.   I'm on the Fire HD 10 Plus (11th generation)    YET, I did my wife's game,  Firefox, the OS that I prefer, and voilà, credit for her game is just fine.  I even left the game and reopened it in Chrome and the credit for the game is there.... but on mine?  NOTHING.  So, it is NOT my computer.  

I keep doing the pogo daily sudoku puzzles and when I go back into the game, it keeps showing the day as locked and no credit was given. This has happened since Pogo was down for several hours on June 13th, 2023. This is very frustrating and if this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm not sure if I'll renew my Pogo membership. 

I have been having and continue to have the same problem since June 27. I have pleaded for help to get this issue corrected but none to date has addressed the problem.

@EA_Illium - I have been having this same problem with my progress not being saved since 6\29.  My other account, beendere2   Started having this issue in early June (see comment in earlier section of this conversation).  I use both a Windows PC and an iPad and have gone through the “resetting’ process on both.  I play the puzzles daily on both accounts and progress is lost after exiting the game.  The day becomes locked9.  I am very frustrated about this on-going issue that I and many other users are having.  I am also concerned that, once this issue is resolved, I will have to purchase keys to unlock days and redo puzzles that I have already completed.  Please review other Answer Q&A posts and the Pogo user forum under Puzzles-Pogo Daily Sudoku for other users reporting the same thing.  POGO/EA - PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO US AND FIX THE PROBLEM!

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Device Make/Model:  I use 2 devices and am having the same issue on both.  Apple iPad Pro (3rd edition). IPadOSVersion 16.5.1. and a Dell Inspiron 3793 laptop with Windows 10 Home

Web Brower: Safari on iPad and Microsoft Edge Version 114.0.1823.79 on laptop

Error Message:  No error message…. Progress just isn’t saved

No difference whether private mode is turned on or off

I cleared browser cache both places.  It would appear my progress is no longer saved under my name.  If I just time out, and have to refresh due to the other bug, when I come back in, my progress is gone.  I've played one game most days this month including today, when I did the beginner game for the 18th.  I then timed out, reloaded, and look at all the progress it doesn't show...  Also attached is a screenshot from July 4 after I did the games that day.
