pogo game quits

On POGO in the middle of playing a game it will quit and return me to the original Pogo front screen.

Only happens on a few games - mainly Quinn's Aquarium and Trizzle.

All success and powerups used are lost

Your games may be crashing because your systems hardware is too low or may need to be updated.
Testing your computers specs and speaking to someone in person about these issues would be your best plan.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

@EA_Illium Still being thrown out of Quinn's Aquarium and Merge mid game. I have tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Have cleared cookies and have updates up to date.
