I purchased gems last night, the money has already been taken from my account. The gems were there several hours ago and they are now gone approx 546

I turned on Pogo yesterday morning only to discover my Gems were down to zero. I can't remember how many I had but it was more than zero. Today I had to spend more money to get some gems. I'd like the gems that were taken from me to be returned.
