Pogo member helping member forums

Hello, when I am trying to read the pogo member helping member forums i keep frequently getting 504 Gateway Time-out I was wondering what is causing that and can it be fixed?

  • Hi @Teeeeener

Thanks for trying those steps, To confirm you use Firefox on a MAC?

Checking now I can load the Pogo Forums as intended: https://games-forum.pogo.com/?silentAuthAttempted=true

If you continue getting a bad gateway error, would it be possible to test on a different internet network, or another browser, or another device to see if this continues?

Also, if you haven't we could try the following troubleshooting:

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    Thanks!

Same problem here and from what I've read, it's on Pogo's end.

@KermittheFrog99 I agree. Except, I have been getting the 502 Gateway for over a month. I try over and over to get into the forums, but no luck. I cleared cache and cookies, checked Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers and all are up to date. I don't know what to do next.
  • A 504 Gateway Time-out error typically occurs when the server is taking too long to respond. This can be caused by server overload, network issues, or problems with the website's backend. To fix it, you can try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or accessing the site at a different time. If the issue persists, it may need to be addressed by the website's administrators.

The 504 error is likely due to server overload or a temporary issue. Try clearing your browser cache or checking back later—hopefully, it gets fixed soon!
