i use Safari and clear cookies and history almost daily and i have all updates, this has been an ongoing issue.
Chrome on my chromebook does not have this issue, but because of the limitations of the Chrome browser I do not want nor will i install that browser on my ipad.

Hey @kmommy50 Thanks for this information, Would it be possible to get the following information?
I have version iOS 15.7 the corresponding safari version is either 15.6 or 16 . The way it is set up it is automatically upgraded with the iOS upgrades, but doesn’t specifically spell out within the browser what the version is without digging deeper than I wish to play with on my new device.

Was this resolved? I have a new ipad 9th gen and am having the same issue. It is fully up to date and cache is cleared. I have tried safari and Firefox for iOS. Same problem. I choose the color eraser and then try to select the color balloon I want. It kind of wiggles but doesn’t pop the color.
