Hello! It appears that your game is not fully loading. Would you mind taking a few moments to try these troubleshooting steps to see if this will help resolve the issue?
- Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
- Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
- High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
- Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
- Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
- Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

So this is my system and all drivers/updates are current. My usual browser is Chrome. However, I've tried Firefox, my mobile device and another laptop. Unfortunately, all with the same result...FROZEN.
Verified there are no issues with the CPU/RAM usage and the hardware meets minimum requirements. The Router recycling was the only item you listed that I had not attempted to try. I have since recycled the router and still have this problem. The weird thing is that the Grant's Garden works perfectly.
