pogo slots keeps shutting down

Hello! I'm sorry you're experiencing these frustrating shutdowns with Pogo Slots. I can see from your screenshot that you're getting an error from the game's content delivery system, which is causing the game to reload repeatedly.

This is typically related to browser settings, network configuration, or extensions that may be blocking certain game resources may be looping and/or block loading.

Please give the following troubleshooting steps a try:

Log out of Pogo, then open the homepage for your device -  in the top right corner and you will see three dots next to the profile image, click on this and a dropdown box will appear - towards the bottom you will see Help and Feedback click on this and then select About Microsoft Edge as seen in the picture below.

This will automatically start to update your browser to the latest version. 

Check for ad blocker or browser extensions - Ad blockers and certain browser extensions can sometimes prevent game content from loading properly.

• If you see any ad blocker extensions (like AdBlock, uBlock Origin, or similar), click on it and disable it for Pogo.com
• If you're not sure if you have any extensions, click the three dots menu (...) in the top right > Extensions > Manage extensions, and try disabling them temporarily
• Refresh the Pogo page and try the game again

 

Clear browser cache and cookies: Browsers store temporary files, images, and login data. Over time, these can become outdated or corrupted, causing pages to load incorrectly or behave strangely.

Power cycle your router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in. Restarting your router clears its temporary memory and forces it to rebuild a fresh connection, it also resets any small software glitches that build up over time. Doing this once a month is usually enough, but in a busy household with lots of connected devices, a weekly reset can help keep everything performing at its best.
