Hello! Sorry to hear about your issues with Pogo Slots, it looks like a few players have reported this in Pogo Forums and this was also mentioned in the Pogo Insider.

If you're not using an Apple device, my best suggestion right now would be to:
- Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
- Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo.
