Pogo subscription reward gems

Question

About 10 days ago I bought a 12mth subscription instead of the usual month and it said I would receive 110 bonus reward gems.

I have never received the gems and I have tried to contact EA about this but they never opened a case. Has anyone else had this issue with Club Pogo or is it just me

Hi, I've been a member of club pogo for 14 years. You won't get your 110 gems until your first renewal date of your yearly subscription. So by what you said it would be next June. When you change your plan you change the way you get your gems. Hope this helps and have a great evening!😊
