Poppit Bingo not giving credit toward badge

Poppit Bingo is not giving me credit toward my badge.  Not sure what to do... I have done all the things requested in the HTML stuff.  I was getting credit toward my badge just fine until last night then it stopped.  I need 20 games with three or more bingos and have been stuck at 16 games for more than a day no matter how many times I stop and clear and start over or what ISP I use.   Not real sure what else to do.  Hopefully things will be better tomorrow. (I have enough memory and am playing on a desk top computer in Chrome.)
