Problems with trizzle

I have been having problems with the game of tizzle.It just doesn't work.I've tried everything you have suggest. I have brand new computer brand new laptop.All Windows 11, even my tabletquit working alo new have is android 14. 

I actually like this game.I just quit playing it but you guys keep putting in all of these badge request it's frustrating
