Problems

i am tired of attempting to play games that you have put out as specials and when i open them they do not respond properly. This has happened 3 or 4 times in the last week. I am frustrated with this and thinking this may be my last year on this so called game site. I also was given free gems which were taken back from me the next day. I have been with you since i think 2008 and these type of problems are becoming more frequent
