Quinn's Aquarium - losing gems

Question

I rwxug72wtxki play Quinn's Aquarium a lot but, I will get through a game (by using my gems) and I get a message that says Something went wrong, try again.&nbsp; This happens to me a lot and I keep losing gems.&nbsp; You know that Gems cost money and I feel when this happens, you are stealing my money.&nbsp; I would like to get my gems back when this happens.&nbsp; Can you tell me how do I get my gems back?&nbsp; &nbsp;

Here is the screen shot of the error I get when I finish a game and it is usually after I have used a gem to complete.&nbsp; I don't understand why I get this message.&nbsp; You can't save the game at anytime anyways. I'm tired of losing the gems I purchased.&nbsp; I lost 3 gems yesterday and one today (so far).&nbsp; Please let me know why this is happening.
