Hello! A black screen could indicate a few things. Could you take a moment to check a few system settings to see if they may help with loading?
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.
Hope this helps & feel free to reach out and update us on how everything turns out.
