QUINNS aquarium exits to homepage can't finish game

HOW am I supposed to finish a challenge badge when the game keeps exiting?  THIS has been going on for a very long time in Quinns Aquarium!!!  Get halfway through the game or worse down to maybe one match left and the game exits to home page!!!   I have looked and ths has been a problem since last year.  WHY do you keep putting this in challenges when it isn't working right?

I PAY to be a member.  I PAY for gems to buy power ups in this game.  I use them then lose them when the dumb game exits.  THIS is happening almost everytime.  I have been playing for 2 days and manage to get 9 games.  I SHOULD be finished.  I can't do other challenges for game of the month until I finsih Quinns.  I can do that as it won't let me finish. !!! m  FIX this.  SOMEONE get in touch with me.  I AM SICK of this.  AND NO one helps which is just as bad. What are we paying money for?????

    Sorry to hear about your frustration. 

    I think I can try and help you with a 3-step plan 🙂

    Please know, all opinions expressed are my own, I do not have any association with EA/Pogo. 

    First approach: 

    • Have you cleared your cookies and flushed your DNS lately? 
    • Have you updated your CAT Cable to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider?
    • Have you turned off your router and let it set for 5-10 minutes to reset?
    • Are you using Windows 10? Issues have already started to show for these users. If so, plan on getting a new computer soon, Microsoft will begin to make this version obsolete next year.
     
    Second approach:
     
    Update Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
     
    Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance. 
     
    Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM.

    Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly. I personally suggest 12GB or more.

     

    If you are unsure how to check any of the above yourself, you can perform a search online and find a video to watch others guiding how to do this step by step. 

     

    Third approach.

    If you have double checked everything on your side, you can follow the steps below to report the issue.
