Quinn's Aquarium Issue

Quinn's Aquarium - Scamp's Play Zone - am in the bonus zone, trying to accumulate the 450 credits there necessary to get the toys. But have noticed that the game is no longer giving me the little dog bone credits at the rate of one per game - those will probably be needed later if things go like normal. What's up with that?
