quinns-aquarium-mahjong doesn't load

games/quinns-aquarium-mahjong doesn't load properly- usually now playing get a blank black screen. Paying for extra hints I am not getting. If you try to quit when you are playing states you will lose your place. This is ridiculous! This is happening more and more. If this continues I will withdraw my subscription. I won't be cheated out of playing when I pay for something.

I would recommend going through the steps provided in our HTML5 guide first to see if we can clear these issues up.

I was playing in pogo on quin's aquarium and had spent gems for play and bought 55 more gems to complete the game and at the end of it I was redirected and did not get credit for the won game and when I went back in found you had taken my gems and sis not give them back , they owe me and of course there i NO way to contact them about it

@Axs9947Sxa5366 I am also having the same issues. been trying for the past 15 mintues and still will not load properly and when it does it jumps back to loading screen UGH.

@bcsellars40zS you pick certain badges to play to earn and you cant earn them due to it will not load. I really like Quinn's Aquarium.

been trying to play quinn mahjong for hours screen is blank the trouble is on your end not mine

I have the same problem. Just get a black screen. Tried going in more than several times

Same here since 6 am I keep trying but nothing helps definitely on their end. All the other games I play are ok.
