This black screen issue is happening to me now! I did all the steps i was told to by the bot in chat. I even did a clean reboot as directed. Nothing helps! Why am i a paying member if my fave game wont load? I lost diamonds by purchasing shuffles to do daily challenges, quests. They were wasted as i lost all my progress. No help with an actual person!!!!
