Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
Pogo Messages
I'm replying to a msg(short for those who dont know msg = messages) and at the end of the msg at bottom of page is this: "Emojis are not supported" ... I'm on a computer, notta phone, my computer doesnt even have emoji's, ugh, stupid things, so stupid msg as far as I'm concerned, ugh. Have had that b4 and ended up emailing the person ..... maybe its because I mentioned a game viz Pogo Addiction Solitaire .. I had said I dont find anything addictive about this game! But even so I had copied and pasted the the name of the game from the event its in! I'm not changing what I said to suit the 3rd party msg ppl, ugh. Its a crying shame when we cant even have a convo with friends cos ... whatever, ughMatching Moments Level 805
Has anyone been able to get past level 805 in Matching Moments or is something wrong with this level that prevents anyone from getting past it? I am stuck on this level, even when I use any of the boosters, it seems like they don't work as well in this level as the other levels. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanksFarm Merge Valley
In Farm Merge Valley can we get a method to remove these hay stacks? I click on them and they bounce but I cant move, clear, or use them. I understand on other platforms there is a method to remove them that wont work here. Can you provide us a method of removal? You designed the game for space to be limited and painful but it doesnt make sense plop a hay stack here that we cant do anything with. Please consider this request, thank you.How do I remove Hay Bales in Farm Merge Valley?
I've tried to remove hay bales from a new piece of property and I can't figure out how. I play the game in Chrome browser on POGO's website. I've tried both Chrome and Firefox, but the only thing that happens when click the bales is the bales jump. The shovel doesn't work either
Solitaire Home Story not saving star progress
I'm currently in the 600 levels, and a lot of the story tasks require 4 or 5 stars while there is only regularly 5 lives (turns) as a maximum without waiting for replenishment.... each life refill is a very long wait (I'm not positive, but I think 15 mins wait PER life- which is also irritating, that is much too long when you're in the 600's and every table set is hard, even when not marked as such)... however, if I earn 4 stars, and run out of lives, and leave the game, when I come back there is only EVER 2 stars saved, no matter how many I earn. Additionally, if I use all my stars on story tasks and leave and come back, it is automatically put back to 2 stars earned - even if not earned (even if I only refresh the page... I don't actually mind that part haha, though they were not earned, so is part of the glitch I'm sure). Can you fix this so it saves progress, please? It is most irritating to earn 4 of 5 required stars, only to have to come back in an hour after lives are replenished on timer, to have lost all my progress! I've cleared cache, I've tried multiple browsers, nothing seems to work. My preference is Firefox though, and most games tend to work fine with this one... please fix the bug! I use firefox primarily, merge academy and mahjong sanctuary will not open on it, they open to a white screen or just keep running the pogo logo. I have not tried the other games I play but those 2 are my fav and I play them all the time. I am on windows 11 version 25h2 I have done all my updates cleared the cache and everything I can think of to get the games to work.
