Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
Matching moments infinite lives
I would have replied on the existing thread but it's been closed. It says there that this issue is solved. It isn't. When I have infinite lives it keeps telling me I have infinite lives to play rather than letting me just play. It does get to the game eventually with enough closing of popups about infinite lives and playing the game, but then it takes me to the last level that I just completed rather than the next level. It's not a new issue, it's just got annoying enough after being given the same level again twice to see if other people are having the same issue. I play on my laptop using Firefox.Merge Academy glitchy
Merge Academy has gotten very glitchy. The graphics are jumpy. It's sometimes eating items and not merging them. Every bonus choice selection is now saying "we are processing your purchase". And it's taking three times as long to collect the bonuses at the beginning. This processing message only used to happen once in a blue moon. I hope this is not is permanent state. For days as I complete games the stars don't increase. Yet I am winning and just completed a challenge which was to gain 35 stars. Challenge complete, stars never increased. This has gone on for a while. Also the in game challenge to complete games in a row, endlessly cycles at 0-5 games. It shows next level of 10 games but then when it gets to 5 it gives a 100 coin reward and restarts. Using Firefox on Macbook but same issues occur if I switch to Chrome or Safari.Energy accrual non-functioning in Solitaire Blitz
I am unable to play solitaire blitz at all as the energy will not accrue past 1 and the game won't allow me to play that off. It just states I am out of energy and surprise of surprises, offers to allow me the honor of purchasing what I need rather receive what is advertised. It is only an issue when you folks decide to make it a challenge. From what I read about in another post, it is very likely going to be the tipping point of me just walking away from this site after a quarter century.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. An image grab of the error is attached. Is this a known issue?
Home Story Solitaire
Is anyone having the same trouble with this game? I wish that the game would give out more coins and wish we could get the tokens back. I have been a Club Pogo member since 2005 I didn't like that a lot of card games went away like cribbage and Pinochle Euchre I miss Backgammon and domnionsIt's obvious they could not care less....
Mahjong sanctuary is dopey looking as it is. On top of that it has not been working properly in at least 5 years, people have complained multiple times, and yet the problem still persists. Why pay lots of money for memberships and gems when they ignore the players legitimate concerns? They make it entirely too difficult to report technical issues, and it took forever to find this "start discussion" button camouflaged in blue on top of a blue background, much less using a ridiculous forum to report anything. Shame on POGO and EA for having horribly and inexcusable subpar technical support.
A possible lead on Tile hero issue.
i like many others are unable to play the game and are stuck at a tutorial screen with lady and baby even though we are well beyond that part. i switched browsers, cleaned cookies and cache, restarted many times, made sure all is updated...and nothing. i havnt been able to play for 2 weeks. i tried to see if it would work not logged in....and yes. i was able to play the game if i was logged out of my pogo account. it just said register or login at top and i was able to play the game just fine. so i feel it may have something to do with recording progress for the account and it bugged somewhere. as soon as i logged back in, it went back to not working and stuck on same screen. i like playing the game but i also want the progress and badges to count to my account. i wonder if anyone else tried to do this as well and check if they could play if logged out? ive tried to contact support but all i get is a robot ai program that doesnt understand what im saying. pogo name-Ryokogirl82, win 10, firefox and chrome
