Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
Tile Hero
I've played several levels of the game. In the lower corner it says I'm in Chapter 5: 2/10. I've been stuck there for about 3 games. When I click on it, I get a message that says to complete Chapter 26. I am now at level 118. I cannot get anything to help the poor girl who's stand has been damaged in the storm. I'm replying to a msg(short for those who dont know msg = messages) and at the end of the msg at bottom of page is this: "Emojis are not supported" ... I'm on a computer, notta phone, my computer doesnt even have emoji's, ugh, stupid things, so stupid msg as far as I'm concerned, ugh. Have had that b4 and ended up emailing the person ..... maybe its because I mentioned a game viz Pogo Addiction Solitaire .. I had said I dont find anything addictive about this game! But even so I had copied and pasted the the name of the game from the event its in! I'm not changing what I said to suit the 3rd party msg ppl, ugh. Its a crying shame when we cant even have a convo with friends cos ... whatever, ughPoker Town - level up arrow no longer working
Anyone know how to fix? One day, I clicked the arrow to get to the next level (I think 8?) and it just lit up the exp bar and didn't do anything. Been playing and gaining town xp since, but still won't level up. Online searched just give the generic "clear cache, log in and out, do tasks, etc..." It's like this on any device, phone and PC. It just won't level up.Farm Merge Valley
In Farm Merge Valley can we get a method to remove these hay stacks? I click on them and they bounce but I cant move, clear, or use them. I understand on other platforms there is a method to remove them that wont work here. Can you provide us a method of removal? You designed the game for space to be limited and painful but it doesnt make sense plop a hay stack here that we cant do anything with. Please consider this request, thank you.Frustrated on Safari
I am having difficulty with Mahjong Sanctuary. I am currently in the Outlook Biome. The game is not giving me my rewards. I get close to the end but the feathers are not given. I am in the 1000s level. I am not gonna keep buying gems which I think is ridiculous. I have been a member for 20+ years.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. I'm working on the Mahjong Sanctuary badge to get 135 flower tiles BUT I'm not getting credit for every game I play. POGO has skipped credit for 4 games, so I'm missing 12 flower tiles. I have to quit playing, go out, and then go back in a while later to get another credit. It's happening like every other game. Is anyone else having this problem???? pc/firefox
