Concerns I returned to Pogo after many years because medical issues gave me more downtime and I wanted to see how the platform had evolved. I continue to support Pogo because of its community, but unresolved bugs, confusing support channels, and increasingly expensive gameplay are making that loyalty difficult to sustain. Support and Quality Control Replace the outdated, difficult-to-navigate support forum with a clearer path for reporting and resolving technical problems. Assess new games and challenges before release and verify they are free of bugs immediately afterward. Acknowledge recurring issues and provide visible status updates instead of leaving players to repeat the same complaints. Pricing and Rewards Offer better value for gems, power-ups, and membership fees. Extend play sessions instead of exhausting energy after roughly ten minutes and requiring another purchase. Align challenge difficulty with rewards so players are not forced into a repetitive cycle of spending power-ups to earn more power-ups. For example, in MONOPOLY Sudoku, one Foresight power-up costs 40 gems. With 55 gems priced at $4.99, a single power-up costs about $3.63 yet provides only a brief advantage in one game. That imbalance undermines enjoyment rather than encouraging long-term play. Poker Features and Player Choice Texas Hold’em Poker once gave longtime members a reason to stay because they could play with friends and customize the experience. Restoring that flexibility would strengthen both gameplay and community. Requested Improvements Let players create tables, choose opponents, set house rules and ante amounts, and organize private tournaments. Allow beginners to play together, challenge experienced players, or watch and chat without joining a game. Restore flexible betting instead of automatically pushing players toward higher stakes. Improve matchmaking so friends can play together and tables fill faster. Rework the division system so it reflects skill rather than simply rewarding frequent play. Reduce the size of the chat panel and make switching between lobby and table chat easier. Why Longtime Players Remain Pogo is more than a collection of games. The majority of members use it to relax, stay connected, and reduce isolation. Over the years, casual chats have grown into lasting friendships with people we may never meet but can trust, confide in, and lean on for support. A Constructive Path Forward Pogo does not need to compete only for younger mobile players. It can also serve the loyal audience that still values PC gaming, familiar titles, badges, challenges, and community. Research competing games and pricing models. Listen to loyal players and act on recurring feedback. Deliver reliable challenges, longer play sessions, and meaningful rewards. Preserve the social and customizable features that distinguish Pogo from other gaming platforms. The frustrated posts in this forum do not reflect resistance to change. I'm on level 66, have gotten the tomato truck, but still no tomato plants being issued. Have tried my phone, tablet and laptop. Still no. Even tried a computer that's not mine and has never been on the site to see if the issue was on my end. Still no tomato plants. Now what?Badge sales
Just bought 2 badge challenges from the vault ... 1 is what I wanted, the 2nd is crap I would never buy in a million years! How do I get that rectified? I bought Spades & Word Whomp ... what I got was Spades & Solitaire Blitz, ugh ... not interested in Sol Blitz ... not wasting my money on stupid games I Didnt buy, ugh no point showing u screen shot of what I was given cos now the Word Whomp challenge has disappeared, ugh, typical EA ploy, ugh question is HOW DO I GET WHAT I WANTED to replace what I was given because of a glitch in the system???Solitaire Blitz not generating Energy
I only play this game when a badge is available. That means the last time I played it was several weeks ago when a daily badge was available to earn. This morning I click to play it and it only has 2 energy bars. It should have been full energy. This has happened several times over the last year and is one of the 2 reasons I don't play it.Merge Academy – Progress Saving Issue (Update)
Merge Academy has gotten very glitchy. The graphics are jumpy. It's sometimes eating items and not merging them. Every bonus choice selection is now saying "we are processing your purchase". And it's taking three times as long to collect the bonuses at the beginning. This processing message only used to happen once in a blue moon. I hope this is not is permanent state. (Up to date Android tablet thru Firefox)So Tired of All these Glitches!!
I was playing Merge Academy. I completed one of the sticker sets and got 195 energy. I started to merge and got a message saying it couldn't save my game. I got it 3 times in a row and it made me refresh. When it came back up all the energy was gone, but the sticker set was completed. So I lost all of that energy. The last week I've had so many problems with so many games and it doesn't seem to be getting fixed and getting worse. Something really needs to be done.
Farm Merge missing Tomato plants
As you can see in the attachment below, I have the first tomato and the last 2, but NO tomatoes have dropped from the crates, since the first seeds and I got those from next to the tomato vendor. Like others I have been missing crates and not credited for all achievements. This is getting very frustrating to say the least. I do hope you reply to this just to let me know that you read it.
