quinns aquarium new level does not load

Quinn's Aquarium new level does not load loads black screen..I can load other levels but not new one tried clearing cache and files and restart computer still does not load stays black

Hi @mega1956_

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try?

Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

I did all of that Quinns aquarium just that level will not load it stays black, I even went on my hp home computer and it does the same thing it is like it is stuck. I can play any other level except new one gifts of the sea part 2, can someone please tell me what to do or how pogo can help me....Thanks...

@mega1956_ Me too, for the past 2-1/2 days! Not getting any help from Pogo.

Screenname:

What Device (make/model) are you using?

Which web browser do you play on?

Do you get an error message at all?
