Rainy Day Spider Solitaire a card will freeze

 Recently a  card will freeze occasionally.

One card will get stuck which means you can't finish the game.  You can move cards under the stuck card, but you can't move the card that is stuck.  I'm playing on a PC.

Yes, one pile will not reveal the next card and nothing can get it to reveal.
