Re: Claire hart classic keeps telling me to refresh browser

None of these things are working and it   you look at the forum on this one part of the game(part 76-chapter 5). I am not the only one having this issue. it is a pogo issue . Please fix this!@

I have played every other  part of this game and this is the only one.  In the forum. many others are having this same issue. Bug iin your program

If it is a bug in yoiur program, why is my individual computer. am issue. i have tried this on 2 computers and 3 browsers with the same issue.

It's because information about what types of computers are affected can help them find a fix. For example, if it's only on certain browsers, it helps them track the fix faster. Any information you can share would be super helpful.

I agree with others here.  This needs to be fixed.  It should be elevated to a higher priority than it is receiving.

Yes, I am still having that issue with ONLY THE CLAIRE HART CLASSIC EPISODE 76!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave up on it after over 50 tries, because EVERYTHING you have told me to try does not work! and because it takes sooooo long to get any response from you (which for a customer service is the worst!!)

And I have already given you the info you have requested since November.  

I will not be able to complete that episode and that is a fact I guess I will have to deal with.

VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS ISSUE AND THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET IT FIXED.

@butterfly051402, I am a volunteer here not an EA employee. I sense your frustration from reading your posts about Claire Hart Classic, Episode 76. I would be frustrated too. Making a post at Answers HQ is one way to request help from EA. I have seen that a few EA managers have replied, but whatever they suggested has not worked yet.

Because you are having problems repeated with only one episode, I am likely to think this is a problem with the game that would need to investigated by EA, and will take time for that reason to de-bug the program. I am unable play Episode 76 because I cancelled my subscription a few months ago. So I cannot try it to see if I am experiencing the same problem.

If you want to contact an EA adviser to chat online or by phone on this matter, use the instructions below. There is no guarantee they will do much better at resolving this quickly, but at least you have tried talking to someone else from EA, and maybe this issue will be elevated in priority.

1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page
3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo)
4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc)
5. Select Topic (Technical support OR Report a bug)
6. Select Issue (Game performance OR Report bug)
7. Click on blue Select Contact option
8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat.
9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button.
10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button.
11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.

1. I bought the last chapter for  case 76 and it does not show I bought it and yet tells me to  click resume episode,. When I do this, it tells me to refresh browser, I do and it does not let me into the chapter. This is an ongoing issue for many people on the forum. I have tried it on my phone, chrome, opera and firefox. Operating system is Microsoft 10

@angel62331TV, Since others are having a similar problem as you reported, this may have to be fixed by EA rather than something you can do. There is a post #32 above where another player also reported a problem with Episode 76 of the Claire Hart Classic game. In post #33, I replied to her post giving instructions on how to contact and EA adviser through online chat or phone call back any time of day. You might want to try that using the instructions I've provided.

Regarding the problem you are having where you bought the last chapter for Episode 76 and it does not show you as having bought it, I have a suggestion to make about that. There is a place under the Billing and Subscription section of your account where you can see when you purchased gems and all the items (including games) you bought with gems. You can check there to see if your purchase of the last chapter of episode 76 is listed. IF it is not there, something may have gone wrong during the purchase process and your gems may not have been deducted from your account. To check your gem transaction history follow these steps.

1. Click on "My Account" which is located at the top of the Classic Pogo homepage, OR click on your avatar image in the small circle in the upper right corner of the New Pogo home page then click on "My Account" when the drop down menu appears.
2. After you are taken to the My Account page for you, click on "Billing and Subscriptions"
3. After doing that look for the link called "View your gems transaction record", which lists all the purchases of gems and use of gems at the Pogo website. Usually they start from oldest to most recent dates, so scroll down to find more recent transactions. There is a long delay sometimes in opening this page so expect that.
4. If you cannot find your purchase using gems for the last chapter of Episode 76, then you were not billed for it and you should try again to buy it. That might be the problem. IF however, it says you did buy the last chapter but the game says you have not, then EA will have to try to explain how to proceed. I am a volunteer helper here, not an EA employee, so I don't know why you might have been charged gems for the episode chapter and yet the game says you did not pay for it.

I can do that but it never even will allow me to buy it again and obviously many people are having the same issue and have been for months and no one is  doing anything. I just got  a new computer  and still the same issue
