Re: computer running slow, games wont load

why my computer run so slow on pogo only

    Hey there, @llynne51. I'm just checking in. Are you still having difficulty with your games not loading?

    One thing you can try is to clear your browser cache. This can clear out old data that may be causing issues while loading.

    Another thing you can try is to see if another browser helps. For example, if you usually use Firefox, please give Chrome or Edge a try to see if it improves loading.

    Please let me know how it goes for you.

    @EA_Arrenai Having the same problem. No games will load. They will try to start and a blue box pops up, saying sorry were having trouble loading the game.

      l even tried using my cell phone and it does the same thing

      Hey there, @Willieswhite.

      If you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the game isn't running smoothly for you.
