Did you verify the purchase went through? Were the gems withdrawn from your account after the purchase(s) or did the whole transaction not go through?
We have two ways to view what we have purchased:
1. Pogo: View your Gem Transaction Record under My Account. Link is towards the bottom of this page.
2. Here on EA: Click on your EA Account, then Order History.
I also found refreshing the page can make items appear. I would double check everything so you can validate further a purchase was made and you did not receive your items. I purchased a few items for Trizzle this week with no problem.
